This is my first blog post of my first blog. It reminds me of when my son Gabriel took his first steps - very unbalanced and desperately trying to grab onto something for stability. The blog is intended to cover a range of different legal, international business, and intellectual property issues. The blog is not intended to solve your problems nor should be used as a replacement for professional advice. Its purpose is to educate you on issues which can help you protect and grow your ideas. There are two reasons that I am starting this blog. The first, is that there are a number of very smart people out there that are scouring the internet in search of a couple pieces to complete their puzzle of knowledge. The other, is to hopefully advance the technical understanding of intellectual property, international business, and law.
